When reporting a translation issue, it helps enormously if you include: the text you typed or pasted, the font you selected (Wingdings, 2, 3 or Webdings), the direction (English → symbols or symbols → English), and what you expected versus what you got. With that we can usually reproduce and fix the case in a day.

For business inquiries (partnerships, advertising, media), use the same address with "Business" in the subject line.
